What make this player is different is it does not need to be installed, Media Player Classic is a Audio/DVD/Blu-ray player and also can  play QuickTime and Real Player file (must have QuickTime and/or Real Player installed to do so). MPC will play almost any format from MP3´s to Blu-Ray DVD´s. MPC will only play Hi-Def content on Windows XP/Vista. MPC works on Win98SE, WinME, Win2000, WinXP, WinVista, support only available for WinNT based systems.
